Shipping Policy
We use Fedex Ground, USPS First Class Mail for Priority Mail for all orders within lower 48 states. Shipping fee to other location please contact for shipping quote prior to order!!
Shipping fee calculation is as below:
Order total $50 or below -- $6.5
Order total $50.01 to $74.99 -- $10.5
Order total $75.00 and above shipping is free
Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days plus transit time between 4 and 7 working days vary by shipping location. Once order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Some items such as Gears Racing Shock may require signature confirmation at the time of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy

You are allowed to return any new and unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt for full refund less original shipping fee. Special orders are not returnable.

Free shipping orders or products returned after 30 days of receipt is subjected to $10 or 20% restocking fee whichever is higher. No return will be accepted after 90 days of receipt of merchandise. No exception!

All returns must have return merchandise authorization (RMA) which is only valid for 14 days. Return without RMA or expired RMA will be refused and customer is responsible for additional shipping cost.

Customer is responsible for any shipping expense for return. COD shipment is not accepted and will be refused!!

All returned merchandise must be unused and unopened plus it can be resale as brand new condition. All parts, accessories including original packaging must be included at the time of return. Incomplete return or return with missing part(s) is subject to additional 30% restocking fee.

If you received damaged, defective or wrong order, please contact us for RMA within 14 days for exchange or refund. We will cover all shipping expenses.

We are not responsible for any cost incurred by third party installation or repair of our product.

In any circumstances if you refuse your order, we will charge 20% restocking fee plus any return shipping fee. Original shipping fee won't be refunded!! This also applies to invalid, unknown addressee or unclaimed packages.

We will process refund or exchange within 48 hours of receipt of return merchandise.
