Monotube Oil & Gas Separator Design:
The shock absorption cylinder adopts the monotube with
oil and gas separation design. Monotube is excellent for heat
dissipation, effectively reducing the working temperature of
the damping oil. Large-size piston is the basic platform for
wide-range damping force setting, and oil-gas separation is to
protect the damping oil from cavitation and to stabilize the
damping force.
Wide Range Piston Valve:
High-sensitivity wide range piston valve, smooth oilpassage
design with large piston helps torque variation, so
that helps to reduce the simple harmonic motion’s damping
force at low, medium and high speed shock movement.
2-Way Damping Adjustment:
Adjustable damping allows for 15 clicks of rebound and 10 clicks of compression, allowing the rider to fine tune according to road or track conditions.
Spring Preload Adjustment + Internal Gas Chamber:
Spring preload adjustability provides the user the ability to set their desired riding preference. This combines with the internal gas chamber to sub-support the spring compression’s wider range of settings with easy adjustments.
External Gas Reservoir:
External gas reservoir also increased damping oil volume
to stabilize operating temperature and stabilize the damping
force simultaneously.​​​​​​​
Preload Adjustment:
Spring preload provides users the adjustability needed to set their desired driving or riding preference.
Height Adjustable:
Some applications allow for height adjustment (*Maximum 5mm).

All Gears shocks are covered by a 12 months limited warranty from the original date of purchase. * Original purchase receipt must accompany with Warranty RMA return.  Service location -- US head quarter in  Southern California.
